Vern's name isn't really Vern, and the drawing shown here doesn't really resemble him a whole lot.
Of course, it's not supposed to. It does, however, look EXACTLY like "Vern," the comic strip character that he drew for his college comic strip way back in the late '80s.
He sometimes dreams of the day when their family gets another decent Mac so that he and Murray can finally play on-line Boggle against each other and find out who's better.

LOL...thanks for the pic Vern. You're actually quite a talented artist. And although Murray is currently kicking our butts, don't let them give you any flak. You're quite the boggler yourself. It's nice to have a "sane" male at the site from time to time. :)
